At Klutch Kollective customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalised products (if applicable)

How to Request a Refund

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Any relevant photos (if item is damaged)

We’ll review your request and provide instructions for returning your item if eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
